I want to personally thank you for considering the law firm of the

father, Saul Bernard, started his practice in the 1930s and tried

Elizabeth Woody Lindquist
For
Elizabeth Woody Lindquist, the pursuit of justice in the state of
Washington has profound family roots. Both of her parents were state
senators for Snohomish County, and forged their careers on upholding
the rights of the state's most vulnerable citizens.
While an undergraduate at the
University of Washington, Ms. Lindquist served as Director of Legislative
Affairs for the student body, lobbying for student interests in
Olympia. After graduation, she worked at Preston, Gates and Ellis
assisting the attorneys representing the Pike Place Market against
the hostile takeover attempts of the New York Urban Group investors.

Tom Budinich
Thomas
Budinich graduated from the University of Puget Sound School of
Law, now known as Seattle University Law School, in 1993. Early
in his career he worked at Talmage & Cutler, a firm specializing
in general civil litigation. He has spent over eight years working
for insurance companies evaluating and settling auto accident and
premises liability claims as an insurance adjuster. He earned the
title of Charter Property Casualty Adjuster (CPCA) while working
for the insurance companies. [continue]
Mike Maxwell
Mike
Maxwell has delivered justice to his clients for nearly a decade
and a half, having taken more than one hundred cases to jury. While
at Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, he completed
an internship for the Federal Defender in Alaska where he defended
individuals accused of crime at trial. He assisted in a prisoners'
federal class action litigation in Raleigh, North Carolina that
forced the State of North Carolina to improve prison conditions.
He also assisted with death penalty defense and investigation in
Atlanta, Georgia. [continue]
